We undertake assistance with Disaster Planning and the creation and testing of backup procedures.  Silverware also specialises in solving all Unix nightmares – or, even better, the prevention of such problems.

 

We offer a range of support contracts, such as the Silver Service, whereby we guarantee to resolve any operating system problems that occur within a clearly defined response time.

We have been involved with the migration of both application software and data relating to literally hundreds of systems.
